The club welcomes our new overseas players

" Thanks to some excellent work from Geoff Thompson during the off season, the club has been very fortunate to gain the services of 3 players from overseas. Ben Cooper and Jon To were the first to arrive. Both are from the UK, with Jon having spent the last couple of years in Australia. Ben is a member of the premier men's side and Jon the division 1 men. Ben is also helping coach the division 1 women. Sylvie Vermeend is newly arrived from Groningen in Holland, and hasn't taken long to make her impact scoring the winning goal in her first game for the Div 1 side in the last few seconds. We will be learning a little more about all three over the next few weeks."
